But how will we set our clocks?

I was reading one of the smaller, surrounding town's local papers, and for some reason decided to stop by the "Letters to the Editor" section.

"Dear Editor:

Concerning Day Light Savings Time, I understand the benefits of it. After all, it gives me more time after work to pick up dog poop and mow the lawn. And it gives kids more time to play outside and it gets dark and the Boogey Man and Freddie Kreuger and Jason come out at night with their big knives and hatchets and stuff. And of course the farmers must really like it because when we make the sun stay up an hour longer, they get more and healthier crops because of the extra daylight and resulting photosynthesis.

"But what I don't understand is why they always make us get up at 2 o'clock in the morning to reset our clocks. This is a real inconvenience. Why don't they have us reset our clocks at like 7 pm, or something instead of making us get up in the middle of the night? And if I set my alarm to get up for the 2 am. reset time, am I supposed to set my alarm clock an hour different when I go to bed, or set it to real time and then change it with the rest of the clocks when I get up?

At least I don't have to worry about the clocks on the TV and DVD player, because I can't figure out how to set them anyhow.

Just color me Dazed and Confused."

I hope it's a joke, but stranger things have been said in small town Montana.

montana is mostly awesome, news
