Who killed the electric car?

I saw the "Who killed the electric car?" movie tonight.  If you like documentaries, then I would reccommend it.  I was appaled that they destroyed these vehicles.  After seeing the "An Inconvenient Truth" I was a little pissed that these cars went away, and a little sad.  I mean, they would solve so many problems right now.  At one point in the movie I thought about how our country does horrible things, and I was having a feeling of let down, and hopelessness for our country.  THEN.... the movie gave me hope.  There are good people out there.  Things are being done.  This is true with many things.  Our country does some pretty F-ed up things, however, there are good people out there.  SO, I have hope for this world!  And my fave part was the old man who developed the awesome long last car battery for the electric car.  At the end he had other ideas, and his wife said that he has so many, and he said his time was running out, or something like that.  -It was cute!

-So see a matinee, if you like documentaries.  It has a nice ending!  I liked it. And, doesn't it look like Mel Gibson's beard is attacking his face in the film?
