I'm dicking around/cleaning everything before I go pick chris up from work at 12:30am.
When I have kids I hope they don't think they know everything like I did. Well I didn't think I knew everything, I just thought I knew better than my parents because they are both messed up in their own ways. I realized at... I think... nineteen? That my parents were just the same kind of messed up walking on the street. Everyone's got issues. If you can learn to deal with them and live with it then you can essentially learn to love. OK I know, that's not all it takes to love someone, and the way I explained it sounds really messed up. I guess what I mean is if you love someone, except them for who they are, because people generally do not change. And for parents, if you're forced to live with them until you are eighteen, then might as well learn to live with them rather than causing controversy. In the end of your life, you'll want to remember times when you were most happy. So make happy moments. Not sad ones.
Anyway BECAUSE I know there is no way that any kid would ever have the perfect lovey dovey relationship with their parents their whole lives I'm definitely leaning towards NOT having kids. BUT if I didn't have kids, then... I dunno. I'd be sad. How come people want to have kids so bad? I don't think it's society. It's most definitely instinct. DAMN YOU.
