Bet that caught your attention.
Yesterday, my new friend Brittany and I had lunch at Uni Court instead of the regular, large, poop-like cafeteria. We are sitting there drinking our flavored Aquafina and eating out yummy Turkey BLT (without the B for me) wraps when this one girl comes up to us.
We could tell she was an upper classmen. But she was kinda creepifying. So she asks us if we live in the dorms. I don't, and am glad to be ignored-ish for the rest of the conversation.
Brittany, however, does live in the dorms and said so. The girl, let's call her Betty, gives her a flier. She explains that she is holding some sort of competiton, whih involves dorm-parties.
This is where things getting interesting. Neither I nor Brittany are really paying attention to what Betty is saying. Betty ends up saying close to the following If Brittany were to get a party of 15 people, she could win a $90 Vibrator. Brittany goes " Oh, yeah, ok," not really knowing what she is saying and blindly taking the flier and stuffing it in her purse. Betty then leaves.
We sit there for a second, and then I ask, "Did she just say $90 VIBRATOR?!" We are both WTF?, and having real trouble trying not to choke laughing on our wraps. So turns out those fliers are for SEX PARTIES! Bwahaha!
Brittany spots Betty somewhere behind me, which is how she approached us in the first place. I then said, "Betty can not possibly remember even person she talks to. What is she asks you agin?" To which Brittany replies, "I'll ask her about this vibrator, 'Please explain! $90?! What exactly is so special that it's $90?!'" We both crack up, however Betty does not return.
I tell Brittany to pull out the flier. It say stuff about holding parties for girls in your dorm and winning stuff like linegre, lotions, toys, etc. My favorite was the following quote, "Learn how to pleasure your boyfriend or just learn how to pleasure yourself!!!!"
If I forget everything else about my first day at college, I will always remember this. Good times, good times...
