So I went outside to see the eclipse a little while ago. It was cold and I didn't stay out too long, but it was nice. The moon was red and you could see stars that I don't think you can normally see because they are that close to the moon which usually outshines them ( Read more... )

Last time there was one I walked around and watched it for ages...I don't think I really slept that night, haha.

Hey, I watched it too! I was tempted to grab my camp chair and my blankets but I decided against it. It's too damn cold!

I was so depressed- I couldn't watch the eclipse because they close off my building's roof at 10, and it started after that, and since I live in NYC you can't really see it unless you're on a roof somewhere...
