You Got The Cool Shoe Shine.

So I'm back, and in so many ways.

Kerry was so perfectly cast in her part of "The Vagina Monologues". Kerry you rock! The show was great, funny, topical. It spawned a hundred jokes about moans and hand-vagina impressions.

Hanging out in Muncie was fun this weekend. It's always cool to be there when a good friend gets silly-drunk. It's even better when a couple of them get that way.

I got a P2P program called limewire and was downloading music like crazy this weekend and decided to try my luck with some games. I, instead downloaded a devil-fuck of a virus that made my computer turn into a O.C.D. maniac. It took awhile but I figured out a way to kill the virus. That method was nothing short of reverting my computer back to the state it was when I got it. Not quite reformatting but close enough. The upside is that I've streamlined all the settings and programs I liked before and am sans the junk. Also on the up and up we've finally gotten broadband internets here in the Domicile de Dempsey which makes life more fun.

That fun I need now that I've slipped into "Pay-back-your-school-loans Hell". Basically I'm going to be destitute for the next 7 years unless I get a better job. As proof of my delusional elation brought on by home based broadband, I'm not at all bothered by my hellish financial situation.

I got some supreme inspiration to work on a comic again this weekend. Friends are good for that. I got a little moleskin journal from my Sis for my birthday last week and I'm using it to record anything funny that might make a good comic subject. Saturday night at Motinis I was writing in it every few minutes it seemed. Mostly thanks to Sam, for her drunken good hearted banter. Turns out I'm her friend. Or at least thats what she told me uncountable times that night.

On the way back from Muncie I was first struck by a feeling I should have had 7 months ago when I moved out after graduation. I was sad that I was leaving all my friends behind. The closer I got to Columbus to the point where I walked through the door at home, I was filled with an unrelenting optimism that things were going to be okay. I haven't been this characteristically positive in so long...That I know of anyway.

Finally. I'm not sick anymore! It happened Saturday. Maybe what I needed was to have a good time to get over this fucking Virus-Bitch.

"You got the coool, ya got the cool shoe shine..."

-Ciao
