Ugh. 2.5 days afterthe demo and i'm still sleeping nearly all the time, and feeling groggy whilst awake. Mananaged to feed myself on baked potatoes, do most of the washing up, plus a bit of browsing/ posting online

It's not episodic, it responds to cues from your system. I am far more dyslexic without caffeine or other stimulants, when I haven't had enough sleep (even if I don't feel tired), when my eating pattern changes, and if I am anxious.
Adrenaline seems to help, so the right amount of anxiety actually reduces symptoms.
I wonder if your docs would accept a diagnosis from a U.S. psychologist. I know that you know one, it's this guy....
Your symptoms still mirror mine, though I am also having some issues with blood sugar. I am no longer good at balance; I fall mostly in the morning or if I have to negotiate something that throws me off my center. Most people recover, I just keep falling. These are, again, related to all of the above cues from my system.
I am still in remission, btw. IGg is higher than normal but within range. I am having horrible digestive symptoms and planning on going back on my aloe and enzyme protocol. The only thing I eat that doesn't fly through me is - gasp - potatoes. Sometimes I keep rice in as well, so I have been making rice with protein enriched water. Spirulina also seems OK though I'm not sure since usually I'm eating it with salad, which is a major comfort food for me.

ah, i know the guy you mean. hmm. very nice idea, but since i haven't had a face-to-face consultatiion with him (and he's not currently in clinical practice) I'm far from sure it would wash. And how to get it enterered on my English medcal records if it did?
seriously, . not being negative, just hoping-against-hope their might be answers.
VERY glad to hear that you are still in remission . woot!
How do you enhance the water with protein?
am cautiously eating rice again. I think my reactions to rice might have been mostly due to eating highly-processed rice such as rice flour and rice noodles (easier on my gums). I'm OK with frozen, micriwavable, steam-in-the-bag rice thus far , and with Planet Organic Gluten-free puffed rice.
I don't boil or steam rice, because of my clumsiness and absent-mindedness, which majkes them dangerous procedures, especially steaming. (I pretty much gave that up 20 years ago, through scalding myself too often). I sometimes boil vegetables or ffectively steam them by boiling them in a very small amount of water. Rice, however, takes a bit too long , especially if you use the proper brown stuff, so more chance I'll sit down and forget it's there, or even nod off. And if i lomit potential damage by using more water than necessary, i woul then have to drain it- which is something else that i avoid, due to the clumsiness factor.
Maybe a slow-cooker would be the answer? I dunno. I have my doubts about whether its healthy to cook rice slowly, especially if it might get left uneaten for a good few hours once cooked, due to unpredictable sleeping hours

We must be twins, you and I.

joking about that guy
bone broth to make rice = add protein, no need to eat bad meat texture. could also add pea protein
rice the only thing that doesn't fly through
left mac&cheese out 2 days, nuked, ate = mortally ill on top of regular runs.
