update
I don't really update much on here anymore, or anywhere for that matter. This week is a crazy one. I've been painting houses for some extra money, cause i love to spend it. Still working 40+ hours a week at hilton. Finally got my plates changed over to texas ones, and getting more and more settled in. My mom will be here for her first visit this saturday. I'm excited to see her, and show her why I love it so much down here. Got a dinner planned with all my friends for her first night here, and she wants to see the bars and clubs i go to, so that'll be after i get her a couple of mexican martinis, hehe. Sunday i got her and I a room in san antonio for the night, she wants to see the alamo, and the riverwalk. IT's her first time in Texas, so she kinda wants to see everything. Monday we are gonna go shopping, Now we are talkin, and then a casual evening. I am working tuesday and wednesday, so i got her a room at my hilton. I work the 7 am to 3:30 shift so we can still hang out. My friend Mike said he'd take her on one of the duck tours, lol, they are the same age, so they might have fun. The duck tours are tours in a boat/car. I think they are cheesy, but apparently they are fun. At some point during her stay, we are gonna rent bikes, and do some of the hike and bike trails around the city. So, that's about it for me. I love the weather turning down here. There really isn't a spring, or fall here. It's been in the 80's to upper 80's for the past few weeks. It shouldn't be too long till i'm out boating. I'm gonna learn to wakeboard this year!!! I'm also managing a rental property, and i believe i have found tenants for that as well. SO things are bustling down here, and i enjoy keeping busy. I'm also getting ready to plan my trip back home, prolly sometime in july. I have to check with mobie and see what week she's free, She'll be going to cali for her brother's graduation that month, I can't wait to see her. Adam, my roommate, is graduating in may. He's waiting for a job offer to stay here, or else he has to go back to montreal. Finger's Cross'd for that. I don't want another roommate. :-( but that's about it for now.
