well last night was the grand reopening of backstreet. It was great to see the bar packed again. It used to be my favorite club to go to. Things didn't run as smooth as i'd like to see them go, and we were running outta stuff left and right, but nonetheless, it wasn't too bad. Once we all get used to being there, things will improve. Speed of service was probably the biggest problem. I had the highest sales out of the nine bartenders, and i really got my skills tested. BUt i had fun, made lots of money, and that's why i do it. Can't wait for next weekend. TOday is now my only day off, between the two places. Applebees on mon, tues, wed, and thurs. BAckstreet on wed, fri, and sat. So i work at both places on wed. YIKES. BUt lots of working means lots of $$$, and that's what i want right now. I'll probably get my plane ticket for labor day weekend in austin, this week. So i'm excited about that. IT's just a few weeks away. HOORAY for things going great.
