So Xander's grasp of English is improving in leaps and bounds. He can say: Winnie the Pooh, car, kitty, mama, daddy, hello, what's up?, where did it/he go?, Coca-Cola,yum, apple, bubble, ball, hat, Papaw, up, I do, help and some other words I cannot recall at the moment.
He is a climber and entirely too fond of putting things in his mouth that do not belong there. Every time I sit up in bed he climbs on my back to have a ride, like a baby monkey. His favorite things right now are Pooh Bear, and The Clangers. He likes to wear random things on his head as hats.
Seth's hair is growing out. Lots of ringlets. He wants it long to wear a ponytail. He is working on getting better at hula hooping. His reading is improving and he can get through several early reader books on his own. He loves Garden Warfare 2, and Lindsey Stirling. He also really likes numbers and math. I have no clue where he gets that from.
We have a monthly crate subscrption to OwlCrate Jr, Kiwi & Tinker Crate, and Little Passports. Duo got a Camera obscura kit in his last Tinker crate and he was not interested at first but after he built it, I could hardly get him to put it down for the next three days.
Seth, Duo and I all love the Owl crate jr boxes. We will be getting a subscription this week, i had ordered back issue boxes to see if we would like it, and the have all been excellent so far. (I read the books first and thoroughly enjoyed the 3 we have, the next one is due in tomorrow, and looks fascinating, I can hardly wait for next month.)
Jayson got me a subscription to Mojo Mama's Grand Conjure Box for my birthday. If the next one is not much better than the first (which was in an envelope, and not a box at all) then I will be getting him to cancel it, and go for an art crate instead. Sketchbox I think.
Duo is working on improving his Geography (not voluntarily) still loves reading and video games, especially Skyrim. He likes to do educational work on his tablet or the computer, but not so much actual writing.
Jayson and I have gotten hooked on The Witcher Saga. He's been playing Witcher 3 and I've been watching the Hexer series in fansubbed Polish on YouTube. Just got the first book yesterday, and so far there is not too much difference, so I cannot see why the series was not better received.
