A Question?

I would like to make an icon that is animated.  I know I can get the pictures. (Maybe I should have said flash)  I have no idea how to do this.  Could anyone tell me? Or give me a link to a good tutorial or something?

I'm gonna get pics of a bunch of hot vampire guys and have the words "Vampires are Sexy" flash between the pictures.  And have it available to everyone who wants it.
