overdue for one of these
so this is whats up world
super tired right now and trying to update, hehe, work tons alot, got promoted this summer to kitchen manager went through alot of learning this summer, alot of management stuff that im not so good at but learned to be good at. Learned what people like to hear, learned how to fire people and make them come back and not want to shoot me in the face.
Managing does suck, some one part of my crew stole from me, the story is like this.....................
saturday, i was closing down everything sending people home yada yada. Walk into the cooler and see a garbage bag full of food. MMM, i dont think much of it due to the fact that some managers use there house account on food for themselves, soo i take trash out and the grease, because im a nice manager and dont make everyone do all the crappy jobs, so i get back walk into the cooler and notice that the stuff is gone.ahah
I walk downstairs and talk to bruce asked him if he knew about it, nope he went upstairs, and the only person in the kitchen was the comicbook man from the simpsons, the slug who i don't like and think he stole. he said no one came into the kitchen. wtf all that food gone. yeah so now i have to check everyone out, put a lock on the door, a bunch of bs. and the crappy thing is that this may have been happening for a couple of weeks now are food cost jumped from 26% to 36% dang! but other then that, i definately want to work in some swanky resturant, so im going to cook school finally, working on all of that now, need a place to live in chicago because thats where im going, its a sweet program and city and ill learn alot, and i can make some dough.
Other than that trying to figure out myself. i've realized that time is needed right now to make sure im making the right decisions about dating and yada yada. I got some advice to be selfish about it, but that not me... ive realized that i dont miss a realtionship i miss the person alot!!, so well see what happens, and if its meant to happen it will, and thats all i can say about that, going to chicago next weekend, which should be fun seeing reggie/trio.mcr always a good time right!
what else burned some cds from bmoney, gay for johnny depp was among them mmmmm great. have to get my hair cut to work at the union, grr. o well they offer money for some stuff and maybe ill impress them to get the m to pay for school. but right now i need to go on a adventure with someone or myself not sure, anyone want to go run away for awhile, im in. regardless where it is, well has to be somewhere ive never been that the only thing.
