yes, we missed our flight back. It *so* was not our fault.
OK..we were sitting there at the gate, they're calling this flight to Atlanta. ok..first off, we were going to NY, and our one stop was in colorado. Wtf? So, of course, we didn't board. Cause we WEREN'T GOING TO ATLANTA. (Note, they didn't even call us up saying that we hadn't checked in) So, later we're like wow, where's the flight..and go up and go "is this the gate for the flight to new york?" they're like "it was..." im just like..jesus..and at that point the plane hadn't even taken off yet..yeah..so we got some tickets and took a noon flight instead of 7:45..and we had to pay $400 more per person, bullshit..but yeah, we got back. Now I'm home.
and the trip was cool, we went out to a fencing camp in oregon (me and david), and i fenced epee. It was fun, but I mean..it pretty much sealed the deal for me that I don't like epee. I mean..I know what to do, but it's just so hard in epee to prove that you know it..but I don't wanna tell mom yet, so I'll talk to Joe about it in my lesson tomorrow, he'll be more understanding..so, yeah..
yes! my Needles got here! So happy..gonna do a session today, duno how many to use, probably 5-10..
but mom wants me to talk to her before I do anything with them..so I hope she doesn't mind..
