current events...
yesterday was fun. went to the drive-in with Helen to see I, Robot and Dodgeball. double features are cool, except when an awesome movie is paired up with a shitty one. for instance, I, Robot is an awesome movie, whereas Dodgeball is a shitty one. and i never would have even stayed to see it, if Matt didn't tell me it was funny, which it really wasn't. so, screw you, Matt! I, Robot, was really kick-ass, however, even the second time around. and, as usual, Will Smith was hilarious.
after the movie was when my day took a sharp dive. someone who is close to me (and i won't name names, because i have no idea who might be reading this), decided it would be a good idea to get drunk and stoned and then call me. he is a very stupid guy, and i wanted to punch him in the face, but i didn't, because i felt sorry for him. i feel sorry for all people who think that their lives are so empty or boring that they have to fill them with alcohol or mind-altering substances. ::shakes head:: oh well, you can't change people, no matter how hard you try. change has to happen on the inside.
today was cool...woke up next to a beautiful girl who i had sex with (no, really, that actually happened), didn't have to get to work till 12, and there wasn't a whole lot to do once i was there. plus, as a result of some divine intervention, my manager left early (he's an obsessive, neurotic maniac). then i had a tasty cheesesteak sandwich at big jim's with the aforementioned beautiful girl, shot some pool with my best friend and got a milkshake at maggie moos. mmmm...milkshake.
right. that about sums it up.
