Why is there always an idiot bringing race into things? If someone isn’t nice to, doesn’t like, or does something fucked up to a person of a different race or gender, some moron will always think it’s because of bigotry.
Last week on tumblr user "abetterdad" updated his account with a post titled “deleted”, and someone commented saying “there’s something really fucked up about a bunch of white women coming after you like this”. Yes, that’s it, it must be because of race. I mean I’m sure the black woman who posted about the situation a few times that day, and was directly involved in the drama, and who many people believe was THEE main shit stirrer in the whole situation did it because he’s black and she likely hates black people.
Anyway I left this woman an "ask" about this because I was genuinely curious as to the motivation of someone throwing race into something it obviously had no place in. If I was missing something, or the comment was maybe an inside joke between her and abetterdad or something along those lines; I’d gladly apologize. If she was just one of many social justice lunatics on tumblr, or someone filled with white guilt then I would have had my answer to one of my questions, which simply was: is she just stupid. She replied, not posting the ask to her account, completely dodging the question and asking me to drop it.
People annoy the shit out of me on a regular basis, it happens all the time, but one thing that I really can’t stand is when race has to be behind everything that happens in the mind of some simpleminded halfwit.
I’ve actually been asked if I was a racist before. Not because of anything I said or did towards anyone. Nope, I was asked if I was racist because I am not a fan of football or basketball, but I love hockey and baseball. I have no idea where that question even came from, but isn’t making an assumption like that racist in itself? Look, if I don’t like you it’s because you’re a scumbag, not because you’re black, hispanic, asian, gay, bi, transgender, jewish, muslim, christian, or atheist… it’s because you’re a scumbag.
