Times had an interview w/Bill Nighy (he said he doesn't keep any food in his fridge + he eats out for every meal everyday) plus an article on John Ruskin + Effie Gray (there's a film about them due out soon).
Telegraph had an article by one of the Dr Who writers and the day in the life thing was done by Faris Badwan of The Horrors + they had an interview w/James Ellroy (I met him once + he is very charismatic + when he signed my book for me he told me Jane is one of the greatest women's names ever - I cannot lie, I may have slightly swooned!) Plus a review of the Kate Bush documentary.
I loved the Kate Bush documentary - she is just amazing. Plus they followed it with a compilation of various performances she'd done for the BBC over the years which included some lesser known songs like Hammer Horror and The Wedding List. I love the fact that Kate's music is so unique + has this sensual witch-y (I mean witch in the most positive way possible) feel to it. I always like the fact that she just works to her own schedule + puts out albums when she feels like it + didn't tour for years because she didn't want to but now she's doing a whole series of shows in London.
Also saw the new Dr Who - I quite enjoyed it. I find the 1st episodes of the series/introductions of new Drs often aren't as good as the rest of the series but I thought this was one of the better ones. I like Peter Capaldi + I hope the writers do him justice. I also like the fact that hopefully we get to see a different dynamic with the companions rather than young girl in a short skirt flirting with Dr + he tries to flirt back. Plus it was great to see the return of Madame Vastra/Jenny Flint/Strax - I'd love to see them get a spin-off series even it was just a few episodes.
