Last week's Times had an interview w/John Grant (still need to get his new album) and Bill Nighy. So Turks & Caicos is going to be on March 20th and Salting the Fields is going to be on March 27th and not only are Winona Ryder and Helena Bonham-Carter in it so's Christopher Walken so I'm now officially excited + I really hope they don't screw it up. Times at weekend had an interview w/Andrew Scott - wish I could see that play he's in soon, Birdland. Also there was an advert for the revival of Another Country + I'd love to see that.
I saw the 1st series of George Gently (the pilot + 1st two episodes) as I got the DVD cheap. I liked them + I still have this head-canon that Bacchus is secretly in love with GG but too scared to admit it. The pilot episode is the one with Richard Armitage and Christian Cooke as leather-clad gay bikers (Shaun Evans is also in their gang) and Phil Davis as a gangster.
