Got new issue of Glamour (as it's free gift was a choice of BalanceMe products - moisturiser/facial wash/body wash/lipgloss) - they had a little mention for that 80s fashion exhibition at the V + A and there's also an Amy Winehouse exhibition that her brother helped to set up.
Also got new issue of Marie Claire (free gift was a choice of eyeliner/mascara) - they did have an article on Patti Smith plus Coco Rocha namechecked Elizabeth Taylor as one of the world's most beautiful women. Tatler also had an article on slips as fashion inspiration that was illustrated with a photo of Elizabeth Taylor. (Unless it's really cold or really hot I always sleep in satin slips).
Essentials also had feature on publishing online. I would love to do something like that but the problem is the idea I have at the moment is basically collecting all the press cuttings/quotes about a particular person and I don't think you'd be allowed to do it as it would be classed as breach of copyright but I'm not 100% sure. They also had a TV timeline for various period dramas that namechecked 2 of my personal favourites, The Hour for the 1950s and Life On Mars for the 1970s.
The new issue of Oprah magazine had a tiny mention for Richard Hell's memoirs which I'm currently reading at the moment and enjoying very much.
