Update
Got new issue of iD which had a couple of articles on new exhibitions - the Metropolitan in New York are doing one on punk Chaos to Couture and the V + A are doing one on 80s fashion Club to Catwalk (they both sound fab!). Also had an interview/photoshoot w/Lily McMenamy (daughter of Kristen McMenamy, 90s model) - I thought she had a great look. They also had an interesting interview with Linder Sterling - best known for her collage artworks. I do love a good collage, I used to be obsessed with making them.
Also got new issue of Nylon which had a big feature on Chloe Moretz - I really like her, I think it will be interesting to see how she develops as an actress as she gets older (she's still only 16) - I can see her having a long career like Christina Ricci or Natalie Portman. They also had a feature on young actors which featured a couple that I like such as Joshua McGuire (who was in The Hour) and Hannah Murray and Joe Cole (who were in Skins) but I thought they could have picked some better ones but I guess it was very much skewed towards its American readership. Also had Michelle Tea picking out some of her favourite YA novels with supernatural/fantasy themes. They also had an article on Angel perfume which used to be one of my favourites (now I wear one of Jo Malone's)
Loved Caitlin Moran's interview with Benedict Cumberbatch in the Times yesterday - I think it's one of the best interviews I've ever read with him. Also they had a little bit w/Paloma Faith doing A Day in the Life of --- in the magazine today. They also had a bit on food fads - I need to be more faddy about my diet, when I cut out wheat/dairy & tried to eat more healthily I lost over a stone without even trying. I'm going to have to get back into that mindset.
