I finished reading the new Bowie biography by Marc Spitz, it was OK and very thorough but in the end it felt like it was a little bit too in-depth and I wasn't sure I agreed with some of his conclusions esp. about the non Bowie stuff. There was a brief mention of Sabel and Lori though.
Watched the last episode of Father and Son last night which I really enjoyed esp. Stephen Rea scene-stealing. Also enjoyed Junior Apprentice (although I couldn't get over how clueless some of them were considering they wanted to be serious business people) and I'm glad that blonde girl Zoe didn't win as she was far too arrogant.
It's worth looking out for Glamour magazine at the moment because their free gift is Benefit makeup (eyeliner/concealer stick/eye bright pencil) which normally retails at around £15 each and the mag is only two quid. And Marie Claire are giving a choice of 8 different shower gels by Cowshed that normally retail at around £8 each.
