Update
there was a little mention of Paloma Faith in the Times yesterday so I checked out some of her more recent songs. Altho it's not generally the type of music I go for, I did really like her stuff (it's sort of soulful jazz, a bit like a more upbeat Amy Winehouse) so I might try and get her album. Plus she's very glam and interesting (she did burlesque and was involved in the original incarnation of Carnesky's Ghost Train). They had their Luxe supplement and in that, some designer cited Marchesa Luisa Casati as an inspiration which she was. (MLC was a bonkers Italian aristocrat who pissed away a massive fortune by dressing eccentrically/throwing mad parties but she also supported many up and coming artists/was a muse. She's fascinating).
Today they had an interview with Kristen Stewart that mentioned that the Runaways movie is now finished. Can't wait till it's released. She plays Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning plays Cherie Currie.
