I also got the new issue of Nude magazine recently (so glad they're still going). They had a big interview with Alan Moore (I'm going to try and get Lost Girls when they bring out the collected edition. I kind of didn't like the way it ended up as porn, I see what they were trying to do but I just thought the story deserved more than that but to be fair, I haven't read all of it. For those of you that don't know, Lost Girls was the graphic novel/comic he did with Melinda Gebbe that was a fictional account of Alice in Wonderland, Wendy from Peter Pan and Dorothy from Wizard of Oz meeting up in an European hotel pre WW1). They also had a good interview with Nina Antonia discussing her books and friendship with Johnny Thunders --- I wonder who she'll write about next, I really like her as a writer.
They also featured a couple of artists, Molly Crabapple and Angelique Houtkamp. I loved AH's work in particular, I'm really tempted to buy a print of it. They also had a fairly positive review of Telstar and there was an advert for this great shop (
http://www.pinup-parade.com ) that has a gallery of vintage inspired pin-ups plus retro clothes/accessories/books.
