Update
I had a nice surprise the other day, I came home to find the new issues of both Bitch and Bust. Bust had some good practical/crafty stuff and interviews with Lily Allen and Bat For Lashes plus an interesting article on the invention of Mother's Day. They also reviewed the Melora Creager ltd edition CD, I still can't get into it. Apparently she is working on a new Rasputina album and they are touring with Ruby throat (katie Jane Garside's new project) --- I wish they'd do some UK dates.
Also An Experiment on A Bird in the Air Pump are supporting Lydia Lunch on April 5th in London --- Lydia is performing as/with Teenage Jesus and the Jerks. Should be a great gig.
Loved the last episode of Free Agents, I think it was a great series. The 2 main leads were great and Antony Head stole just about every scene he was in. Also loved Stephanie Beacham as the brothel madam/his new wife --- if they do another series I hope she's in it. I think they could get away with doing at least one more series of it, it was one of my favourite comedies of recent years.
