Finally, after an unannounced hiatus. And thanks to all my babies.

Sep 14, 2006 13:25

I guess the period of lack of updates invariably implies a hiatus, but it was not announced and it was not planned on my part, so alright, scrap that hiatus thought (and lameness) but yeah, I apologise for the lack of any fanciful entries (if there ever were).

Let's see where did I stop off.... Oh, about my results.. Gosh, that was like, at least 2 months ago!! Alright, a chop-chop quick one...

More teaching assignments (haha, first time using that word with teaching), two psych assignments full gear (and 4 more to go!! :O ), er... attended the first lessons of both modules and hadn't do it for subsequent ones :( Tonight I have one class, still contemplating if I should go or not. :/  Yes yes, it's better that I go, but... maybe the child in me wants to enjoy. Having the day off but night studying is so.. bummed-out! Though like Justin said, this can't be helped. True, true.. Oh and I watched this musical drama put up by the North East District of 9 primary and secondary schools on 12 Sept at Victoria Theatre; these students were great!!!!!!!!! :)

It's so warming to see 11 sms when I woke up at 11+ (because I slept at 6am after completing the last 30 minutes of "Before Sunrise" and the whole of "Before Sunset"). Birthday wishes!! :D 1 year older now. :/ You can see the automatic update in LJ info, Friendster, Everyone's Connected (whoa that was sooo long ago) ..... Ok, basically that's it. (And maybe the government system. Bah.) In total, 14 wishes.

Thank you all who remembers me. Wish I could be a better friend to all whenever possible.

Ok, enough of narcisstic remarks. Now I'm into romance genre, shows like: (warning: spoilers in links) The Notebook, Garden State (OMG I LOVE this show ever since some random chance and finally deciding to watch it. Hmm, I think it's due to "The Last Kiss" competition on threadless.com. Really amazing. VideoEzy is still renting it if you'd wanna catch it :) ); Before Sunrise; Before Sunset (gonna watch a rented "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and one day watch "A Very Long Engagement") .......

You know, romantic, but has parts that thugs at your heart, not exactly happy or sad but has both elements in it? Hmm... Ok, I'm bad at describing this, but it's only when I caught Garden State's teaser trailer (man, at a point of time it made me cry over again because of something that I read off the forum, that the stories are based on real-life events of various people, and some audience who watched it can even see parts of their life in the show. They say "art imitiates life", but knowing that things can happen and it's not just some fantasy, it just hit me hard, ya know? Okok, enough of rambling. Simple word, just watch Garden State (see the teaser trailer by clicking on the link below Zach's Braff face) and catch them on Youtube if you must (10 parts in all). The soundtrack ROCKS (afterall, a Grammy winner) and I hope that local cinemas will show "The Last Kiss", a new movie by Zach Braff too. HMV is selling the soundtrack at close to $50. :( So ex. Well, there's certainly much more cheaper means to get them (hehehehehe oops!)

I know Grey's Anatomy is damn cool, but I just caught on this fever like the past week. I want to own both seasons! McDreamy is indeed, dreamy. Hehehehe.... I caught the first few episodes on Ch 5 when it was showing, but subsequently didn't follow on because of the time-slot it's in and perhaps lack of knowledge on the series, and now I'm picking it up since about 5 episodes ago..

Hmm and I'm lemming for jackets, those casual but smart type, not like fleece or sweater or hoodies type. Something like blazer but perhaps made of corduroy or so. Man, I sure am getting broke! I needa save up for that digicam and airplane ticket if I ever want to follow through this plan!! :(

Ok, that pretty sums up the little pleasures of life I have at the moment. The spontaneity of updating is oh-so-little, yet damn long huh? Not that "chop-chop quick one" after all. *sorry* Time for me to end off, wash up and wait for Kai Ling. And perhaps start on my movie or go for lunch or something. Nice day to rest (my off-day!), and I hope no more gain of pounds nor flying away of money *sniff* on this day.

Oh yes, dance to the Rhythm of Diplo! (An opening scene where Cristina was dancing to the music on her iPod on Grey's Anatomy. She and Burke were sooo cuute! XD ) Very catchy scene and song, I LOVE it when I saw it on TV. XD
