Two noteworthy things happened this week; first, I got my cavity filled, which was good. Second, we finished paying off our car loan, which was awesome. We are now officially back in the black.
So, we got to break in our new car more than three months early, at a cost of about sixty dollars to us. That, friends, is the power of the loan when you make it work for you.
Speaking of teeth, our kittens are teething, so now they're biting on everything they can fit in their mouths. Also, they attack my feet in the middle of the night. They never attack Stephanie's feet. Maybe I toss and turn too much.
June was a hectic month, but I find myself thirsting for adventure once again. I'm not even sure what kind of adventure I want, but it probably has something to do with cooperative gaming--which I suppose is why I've been on such a Team Fortress kick lately.
I think the combined stress from new kitties, half-planned vacations, work troubles, loan weight, and cleaning house are starting to abate. Last weekend was a breath of fresh air, and I hope this weekend will be too.
kitties,
