Three Dreams

First dream:

I recently came to work at a grocery and department store with two of my friends. Turns out the older friend was responsible and hardworking; the younger friend was crazy, unreliable, tricky, and grouchy. For the longest time, the older friend had been trying to keep the younger friend from being fired, which was why he was unable to progress in rank. Now, as a new hire, I found myself dashing around the store helping older friend (who was reaching the end of his rope) and controlling younger friend.

Second dream:

I was a teenager living with a sister and parents (not my real parents, alternate reality parents). We were on something of a forced vacation, traveling from place to place. It turns out we were on the vacation because we were running from some ethereal being, an evil trickster spirit who was continually tempting us and trying to make us give up and kill ourselves. He kept splitting us up and showing us each others' sins and weaknesses. Fortunately, there was also a kind trickster spirit following us around, working to remind us that we were still good despite our shortcomings, breaking us out of trances, distracting us from temptations, and helping us to flee. (The evil spirit looked like a regular Joe; the good spirit was a woman dressed up like the spirit in Lord of the Dance)

Third dream:

I was in a concentrated class with Brandon and a dozen other college-aged students (mostly women, actually). We were working with a guy who looked and acted much like a slightly nicer Dr. Gregory House, except that his passion was video games. He was trying to teach us how to make a better Pacman. It was kind of like Pacman CE, but he was encouraging us to add different elements and see what was interesting.

None of these dreams really had a conclusion--they kind of faded from one into the next, and then finally I woke up. Happy Valentine's Day, everybody!
