Meetup (36 weeks postpartum)

Today was a special milestone. I delivered the twins at 36w1d, and today they are 36w1d old! I love that they have now been in K's arms for as long as they were in my womb. It was wonderful to get together for a few hours over coffee, catch up, and snuggle the boys <3





My heart is so happy!
