This is so totally made of win. I cannot even begin to iterate the awesomeness. I was laughing almost non stop. A fantastic fic! I love the language you use to describe the link between Kirk and Spock -- emphatic connection, I think that's the first time I've ever heard the bond referred to in those terms and I really like it! It is the concise way to sum up what is between them. And I speak of the Kirk & Spock canon as a whole, even if we pretend that they totally aren't doing each other, they have and always will have an emphatic connection -- I think those words just imply so many wonderful things about the foundation of their bound as soulmates (whether platonic or otherwise)
