Forbes published an article called "Five Leadership Lessons From James T. Kirk" that I found interesting and fun. Here is the link.

We need to ensure that we encourage creativity and innovation by listening to the advice of people with vastly different opinions. You and me, Forbes, you and me... (the title of this article reminds me of a poster I had on my wall as a teenager, "Everything I need to know in life I learned from watching Spock"... yes, I'm a giant geek that I enjoy this kind of thing, aka 'motivational messages a la Star Trek', it is true. ;))
