Heh. I *never* oversleep. Except, well, last night. Of course, yesterday, starting at 5 am, I:
Moved paper and gear four about three hours. Took ten grocery bags of paper recycling to the transfer station. Helped my brother-in-law carry a large Depression-era armoire down two flights of stairs. Ditto an Ikea armoire up one flight of stairs. Dtto with him took down a metal bunkbed set, took it down 1/2 flight of stairs, hauled it to my sister's house and reassembled it. Carried a rocking chair up a flight of stairs for them. Helped my elderly friend get moved.
In other words, more physical exercise of the bend-and-lift variety yesterday than I probably got in the last three months combined.
But um, if I can't say anything nice...

Hope your muscles recover soon! Eat bananas if you like them, or potatoes and drink lots of water. The potassium will be good for what ails you.
Still irrationally jealous...go figure.
