Hitler was (arguably) a public Christian, but apparently not one in private:

Didn't know about Pol Pot. I found a site protesting that he wasn't REALLY a Buddhist... he was clearly a communist, can you be communist and Christian?... he went to school in a Christian school, so maybe he was a Christian in the same sense that President Obama is a Muslim... I dunno. I don't know enough. The story of my life!
