i rarely label my video as HQ or SHQ,and i've seen many people categorised their 480p(640x480,or YT ripped) video as HQ tho it is not,i wonder what is defined as HQ?
i got my answer now from silverknight,thanks
"HQ is 480i/p(720x480, 640x480), HD is 720i/p(1280x720), Full HD is 1080i/p(1920x1080 or 1440x1080) ^^
The "i" means Interlace, the "p" means Progressive. And Progressive video is much better than Interlace video, also require better hardware(CPU) to play smoothly"
