I'm surprised her county doesn't have an Office of Aging - I'm in Fulton County which is the smallest county in PA and we one. You could check with Social Services at the hospital - they may have some suggestions. Hugzzz.....

Very good advice. It was the first thing out of my mouth when we were talking with his aunt. They need to be made aware of some of the services she might need.

If I go on Google and look up "Blair County Office Aging" I get referred to a private non-profit company, Blair Senior Services.

It sounds like they have contracted out their Office of Aging services. This is the same information: http://www.hso.blairco.org/agencies/blairseniorservices.html

It would be worth checking out - I'm sure you can give them a call during the week and wouldn't have to physically be there.
