stressful news

today i had an appointment at the Center for Young Parents. they've been helping me out with medical stuff, and giving me information that i'll need later.
come to find out that, i am now ineligible for any financial aid as far as the baby and insurance go, because i'm living with my parents and their income is over the limit that the state has set. i am no longer on our family's insurance plan because i'm not a full-time student. so, i have NO health insurance, and neither will natalie.
not good. that will leave me in thousands of dollars in debt for the hospital bill alone. not to mention all her doctor's visits and immunizations she'll need.
if i was still at the apartment, i would qualify no problem, because then they'd only be looking at daryl's income, which is obviously not very much. but because i'll be living with my parents, they look at their's. i need to stay in LP so my family can help me with the baby, and i can save money on rent.
so, my only option is to go back to school full-time in the fall.
which is almost impossible. i'm not sure when the first day of classes is, but i know it's too soon. most people take atleast six weeks of maternity leave, so they can get their baby on a schedule, bond, and work out childcare arrangements. i won't really have any of that time. i won't be able to get a part-time job like i eventually wanted, either. because then i'd really never see my daughter.
this sucks. the system sucks. but i really have no choice.
