The last few days I have just been going about my own business, when suddenly my mind starts wandering.
"I am a child of God- the child of an eternal being.
And I have a destiny greater than I can comprehend. Right now I can't see past the trees in the distance, but one day I will be able to comprehend the universe."
And suddenly everything comes into perspective- this isn't my home, this is just a "camp", like the scout camp I go to sometimes. I have an eternal destiny in front of me- this world is just a stepping stone.
For a brief moment, I come as close as I probably have ever come in seeing myself as God sees me, and seeing the world as he sees it.
