Huzzah! I'm glad you like. I think 2 is my favorite. I think it would incite riots on P&P.

And I love your journal layout is Olivia/Casey! Casey deserves more love.

I don't understand why more people don't love Casey and Casey/Olivia! Not only that, the pairing seems to bring out some outright hostility on occasion. I dug Alex/Olivia too (still like them) when I first started SVU but then I saw a couple of Casey episodes and I thought, "Oooh, this is so much better."

I <3 Casey/Olivia. Partly just because I am soooo sick of Alex/Olivia. But I actually like Casey's character a lot more. She seems more... dynamic and less whiney than Alex was.

Oh, I hadn't read it. I love it! Thanks for the linkage. I dig the image of Mariska rubbing her beloved lesbian status in Diane's face.

Diane's search mirrors my own for Casey/Olivia fic. I really don't get it because she's so obnoxiously hot and, as you said, I think her character is a lot more relatable than Alex's character was. I always saw Alex/Olivia as sort of hot, dramatic, tortured, and doomed. But, Casey/Olivia are hot and sexy with the potential for fluffy, happy luv! I'm a sucker for that sort of thing.

I'm working on two Casey/Olivia fics right now so perhaps that will boost Diane's percentages a bit. Maybe she'll break 7%!

There is no way Mariska Hargitay is not aware of her lesbian-sex-goddess status.

And I agree with you one hundred percent. I liked Alex. She was hot. But her character was so naive and almost immature. Casey was a much better ADA.

I think what amazes me is that people REFUSE to let Alex go. She hasn't been on the show for five years. And people are still obsessed with that pairing. Gah... let Olivia get ass from someone else for a change.

I'll be interested to see who the new one is next season.
