A Task
I have decided that I have a creative goal for this semester. 50 pages, typed, single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font. I want to retell a classic fairy tale. I've always been fascinated by "The Seven Ravens". I bet that little girl was an Emily. Or maybe a Stephanie. Anyway, ravens or swans, it's the same sort of story. Disney would never touch this one, so it falls to people like me. I would love nothing better than to have a decent draft that I can one day turn into a Robin McKinley-style retelling. Anyway, wish me luck.
