Ending of a Story

Dec 15, 2008 20:52

 Its been three long years
but still I feel just as empty as ever
missing the most integral parts of myself
And I've come so far.. just not, not to feel at all.

So I am writing you this letter
But it will burn before you get to see
It will never breach your eyes
For my pride I will never compromise.

My little Angel, eyes of tragedy;
I guess I expected a little too much
from the hurt, lost, and wounded to care
but I see it all now, I see right through you.

Because you don't, you don't, you don't see me
So full of this empathy
So tired of your uncertainty
Where I fit into this tragic story

I still haven't figure out
The passion that aches inside of me
I think but cannot feel
The pain festering deep inside of me

You don't, you don't, you don't see me
So full of this empathy
So tired of your uncertainty
Where I fit into this tragic story.

This is the point of no return
there's no going back on words
That have left hearts torn.
In dreams that have been over-worn.

Because you don't, you don't, you don't see me.
So full of this empathy
So tired of your uncertainty
Where i once fit in this tragedy.

This is my last confession,
Here's the match to the paper.
let it burn, let it burn, let it burn burn burn
this tragedy is so over. I'm so over.
