SOOO glad the tour is over and I can get on with my life. Even tho it was only 6 days, it felt like life was chaotic for a month leading up to it. My voice was BEYOND wrecked. I think it was even worse than last tour? I seriously cannot stand it. BUT, it was one of the funnest tours I can think of. It felt like the main portion of it was me Taiga and Adam and our weird grind inside jokes. (Mostly involving Laughing Dog, or the line of the tour said by Taiga "Brown grind is better than white grand man. It's healthier for you"
Seein Jeff was great as always. And just like last tour, I barely had a speaking voice when I'm with the one person I have the most to say to. And like every tour, I go not expecting to buy any music, but come back with a load. I'll post everything I got tomorrow.
Its weird cus I was all amped up on reviewing music and doing my blog (which I called Problems They Persist) then I end up starting a "label" (if you can call it that) and called it Problems They Persist. So I SHOULD use that blogspot for label news, but I kinda just wanna use it for everything. I dunno. I'm glad I finished the Infamy EP in time. I shoulda put a little ad with it like "This is a CD, not a DVD" but I figured if people were interested, they would ask.
Sorta in the middle of the road with my new position at work. I definitely need the exercise. If its permanent, I'm gonna miss the road and constantly writing in my notebook, but it'll just condition me to make better use of my time when I get home. Been writing a TON of lyrics lately which is great cus I NEVER EVER do. Its kinda one of those 'when it rains it pours' kinda things. I wrote the majority of the lyrics to One Land Road Ahead in one day.
Hmm.. its 3am and I should prolly hit the hay. Man, speaking of tonite tho, the Jimmy Fallon show is straight up awkward. I don't feel comfortable when he talks. Its like when he did Weekend Update. He's kinda hard to understand/mumbles and it always feels like he's gonna jumble the words. The one thing he is good at is impressions.
