Letter Meme
I needed a distraction to take my mind off issues at work, so lindahoyland gave me the letter G:
Something I hate: Gin. I dislike spirits generally, yet I love sloe gin - which is quite different.
Something I love: Getting changed. I love to change out of my work clothes as soon as I get home, and put on jeans and a t-shirt or jumper. I also love getting changed into smart clothes for a special occasion!
Somewhere I've been: Glastonbury. Not the music festival, but the town itself, the Abbey, and the little church on Glastonbury Tor.
Somewhere I'd like to go: Gibraltar. A warm climate, exotic location, and they speak English!
Someone I know: Tricky. All I can think of is Garry and Graham, who are work colleagues.
A film I like: Ghost. It manages to be both hysterically funny and tear-jerkingly sad.
I can't do this without mentioning books, so I added two categories:
A book I love: Golden Witchbreed (Mary Gentle) Greenwitch (Susan Cooper)
An Author: Neil Gaiman. I love his books Neverwhere and Stardust.
