some songs just hit the soft spot in your heart
they make you think of someone you love or a time in which things were better than they are
i heard a song like that today
my mind began to wonder, and i started writing the lyrics on a piece of notebook paper
doing that reminded me of the days in highschool calculus when i didn't understand what was going on
so i'd sit there and decoratively write out the song in my head on a piece of paper to pass the time. it made me miss the simplicity of highschool.
