zanovar wins the 29th annual 'Fidel Castro's Up-and-Comming Dictator Award'. The award includes a tiny island in the South Pacific to rule at will and a month's study with the dictator himself.
February
Prophets warn darthbessie of the world's inpending doom. The only salvation, it appears, rests on two boys soon to enter her life. These two boys must kiss, else the world is doomed...
March
mesongles and keldaryth are suspected to have had a love affair in the month of March. Rumours are currently unconfirmed, but it may have involved a PURPLE BEANBAG and recently brewed Chai Tea.
April
Questions were raised about the correlation between the increase of meat in college food and the decline of possums in the grounds. Kitchen staff ran when asked questions in A Current Affair-esque expose, starring Ray 'Yes, of course I have a spleen' Martin. mesongles asked Ch 9 why they would employ a TV presenter who has a middle name in quotes.

keldaryth is caught dancing around the campfire and smoking pot with scantily clad rabbits. A fern wanders out of the bush, screaming "I am a bear! I AM A BEAR!!!".
June
Kitchen staff suspect an affair after observing Jay and Penguin's tendancy to randomly hug. A werewolf appears around college during the full moon, attacking people with lolly pops. Lois, from the kitchen, is suspiciously absent over this period.
July
This one time, on Choir tour, mesongles was caught in a Danish hotel room to which she had the 'wrong key'. She was suspiciously clothed considering the state of the other occupants. Jay and Penguin decide that 'Puppy Pile' is far too innocent a name for what goes on in the study, and something like 'Fireman Sam' would be far more appropriate.

A mysterious sailor appears in Victoria Wing, Main Building. Sailor was observed on the opposite side of main building later that evening. The next day, Penguin invests in a metal detector.
September
voightkampff and D go missing in the drains under Melbourne for three weeks. When they return, both are suspiciously fatter and react with fear whenever the word 'dolphin' is mentioned.
October
D and E attack fish and chip night with suspicious enthusiasm after last month's adventure, insisting that the kitchen buy the cheaper fish without the dolphin friendly logo. Chinese characters, written in blood, appear on the walls of first floor main building, translated as "You will die. YOU WILL ALL DIE.", Mel declines to comment.
November
Penguin cheats on his emo boyfriend Andy, with Spike, his Kyrie. Jay moves into darthbessie's house. Nationwide, geeks and conservatives are reported to be fearful.
December
Hot off the wires: "Perth invaded by mutant head lice". The cheif suspect, thought to be a med student experimenting on the populus, is said to have fled the country. Authorities are tracking him down.
