Please read the following bolded clip from our friends at www.VirginiaIsForHaters.org ...
The Virginia General Assembly passed a law April 21 banning all contracts between partners in homosexual relationships. Not just marriage, all contracts.
At the center of HB 751 is this language:

amazed you survived childhood. Are you completely unable to learn from one event or situation and apply it to another? Are you really saying that unless we are preventing homosexuals from using "straight" water fountains, then we can't possibly be practicing discrimination? Or are you saying that simply preventing homosexuals from marrying is
not a big deal and that they shouldn't get "all worked up about it"? If that is what you are saying, then you don't have a very high view of marriage in general, or your own marriage in specific.
Finally, you tried to draw a distinction between marriage and "orientations". While you didn't do a very good job of it, you were trying to say is that if we let gay's marry, then what do we do about people who want to marry, and I'll use your example here, "fecal matter". This seems to sum up your core values, that you equate homosexuals to feces. This speaks volumes about your character. And don't try to tell me that this is an unfair comparison, you could have instead said "polygamy" which is the obvious comparison, but you didn't. The fact that you don't see the differences between a same sex couple wanting to get married and the case of someone trying to marry feces, is nothing short of horrifying. And the fact that you went on the radio to make this known, shows the sad state of affairs in Virginia, and although you won't reply to this message either, I just wanted to be sure you know that we did hear what you had to
say.
