Montauk is not hoity-toity. In fact, I've been going for at least 6 years and I've only seen 2 stars: Matthew Broderick and Jerry Seinfeld. They happened to be shopping together in a surf store I was in. I was a little starstruck, but no one bothered them and no paparazi. I was actually nicely shocked to see how many families vacation there. We stay at a place called the Royal Atlantic and it is right on the beach - it's heaven!

If I can't make it to a full time runner, I would be very happy to jog/walk. I am definitely increasing my cardio so it's all good in my eyes.

WW - I've been on it for a while now. I feel like a bit of a failure for not being at goal after all this time but I am keeping off 30+ pounds and I am the healthiest I've ever been. I actually enjoy the program, I have a good leader and a really good core group of people at my meetings. I've come to learn that I need structure in regards to food. It was really informative when I first started. Good luck with those 5 pounds, I'm sure you'll get them off in no time. If you need any tips or recipes, I'm your woman!

Nothing has replaced BSG so far :( And that's okay, because I got to experience a well written and fantastically acted show - not many people can say that! I'm such a geek that I actually put off erasing BSG from my DVR recording list. I think I did it just a few weeks ago. I have a few new shows. I'm hooked on Burn Notice on USA, Warehouse 13 is keeping me coming back each Tuesday and I can't wait for Fringe to start up again. The one new show I'm looking forward to is Flash Forward. It looks like a really interesting show! Got any take on that one?
