I was doing one of these in my head while I was the theatre.. well, I was doing it out loud in a whisper to the person next to me, but they got mad, so it went back to being in my head. I kind of forgot most of it though ( ... )

And the lack of Mundungus bothered me too. I kind of was hoping to see him.. but I guess a lot of his scenes were at Grimmauld Place anyway, and he just has that bit part in the 6th about stealing Sirius' stuff.

Although I keep thinking that stuff will be important in the 7th, like Dung's connections for finding stuff.

But now that JK intervened for Kreacher, it makes me think that things that were not saved or told to be in the movie can't be as important.

Which makes me wish I'd never found out about the Kreacher tidbit.

I just want the book here now, basically. :(

The lack of action by the fountain in the big fight scene, plus Dumbledore actually looking scared (at the wrong moment, of course) and falling down was really strange. Dumbledore is super-calm in that scene, except for when Voldy leaves Harry, at which point he rushes to his side and is all OMG! Whereas here, everyone is watching Harry be possessed and just standing there. DO SOMETHING PEOPLE. And I wanted to see Dan try to act his way through Voldy saying "If death means nothing, kill the boy ( ... )

eh. it was okay. I haven't read the books in a while. I really wanted to cry when Sirius died, and it just wasn't sad enough. The death eaters had some serious cool effects. And, the guy I went to the movie with thought that Luna was cute for a crazy girl. Overall, without the screaming children in the movie theater, it would've been better. The whole movie was a little disappointing. they left a lot out.
