Updates again
Hmmm I think I'm gonna like this lawyer. One, he has a sense of humor; two he calls me back without prompting; three he lives in the same century and accepts email and scans and all sorts of nifty technological things happen in his office. Like people use cell phones and computers. And his first question to me involved sarcasm and funny sarcasm at that about the people one has to deal with at the insurance company. And he's already earning his pay by finding out about my pay, like where it's at.
I did talk to my folks, sorta, they know what's going on but they didn't really want to address the issue more than they had too. So it's still a kinda half and half situation. They know what's up, but they don't really want to pay attention to it yet. I think I'm gonna leave it alone for a little while.
Holidays were good otherwise. Got some cool new toys to play with and I got several new Neil Gaiman books and a gift card to go buy geek toys with, so all in all, pretty good. Now if I could just find my other router so I could get my puter back online then life would at least be tolerable. I hate not being able to go everywhere I want because I'm on someone else's system. Oh well....
