Ouch
Well, the summer is off to a rip-roaring start. I found out that for the next three months I'll be selling underwear, full time...at Macy*s...in the Rockaway mall. I can't wait for those buy one get one deals! It's gunna be sweet.
Just came back from day 2 at results fitness...and let me tell you, after day 1, I was feeling the results. OUCH! Who would have thought that one month off from working out would but me THIS out of shape.
Curves did something for me, I guess...
First day at the gym and I noticed I could do a lot more weight on the machines than I could last summer. So instead of easing into the process...I went for the gold. And today...I can feel it...everywhere. I did legs and abs...and...ouch is all. And tomororw I'm going to be able to feel it in my arms and upper body too!
Yes! I guess that's what I get for living in a socieity that worships scar tissue.
