(no subject)
This morning me and Steve ate breakfast at this little cafe called Victory's Banner. It was delish! And really cute too! It is the happiest little place I've ever been to. The walls are bright yellow and blue, and there are poems about happiness on the tables. Afterwards we went to Village and I got a really cute little cream and sugar set. Steve told me I would break them before I left, and that's exactly what happened. I dropped one of them on the sidewalk next to my car. I wanted to cry, but then I realized that it cost me less than a dollar so I was okay.
Aside from that, I am moving in less than a week. I wanted to take a week off so I would have a chance to settle into my apartment and then start at my new store, but it came up so fast that I forgot to request off. So basically I have to cram moving into one measly little day, and then I'm starting a 40 hour week (consisting of entirely opens) the very next day. I'm just slightly overwhelmed. I guess it's my own fault though for not taking the time off. I hope I can make it through the week without a nervous breakdown.
