Let us toast to animal pleasures, to escapism, to rain on the roof and instant coffee, to unemployment insurance and library cards, to absinthe and good-hearted landlords, to music and warm bodies and contraceptives... and to the "good life", whatever it is and wherever it happens to be.
On the 10th of December Ragnarok will play its first show in seven months. Seven months is a long time for a musician to go without doing what she loves, and I can't wait to get back on that stage. Be kind to us, my beauties, and throw only the softest and most beautiful of fruits should we fail your expectations after so long.
Ragnarok.
Monday, December 10th.
9pm, Morningstar.
Tickets can be purchased either at Morningstar before the show (or any of the various CD stores around London that support them) or on the night. And if you need a little more incentive to show up, Charon Baudelaire will be joining Ragnarok on stage for a least one of the songs. Talented man that he is.
I look forward to your company. I'll be the one with pink hair and a bass guitar.
