Sunny Sunday
This is the fourth day of using my brand new happy-lite (given to me by friends at the church-anonymously) and I have more energy. However, even after getting up in plenty of time to go to church, I did not make it. My eyes are tired and sore, my head is full, I am wheezing and dry coughing, and just feel exhausted. I know that seems to contradict the energy statement-I am willing to do stuff and get started on things but then poop our halfway through. I don't think it is the SAD-I think it is whatever has my sinuses in its grip!
So, even though it is a sunny Sunday in every sense of the word-the world looks beautiful-and bright blue and deep green and golden-it is cold and I am not going out.
I am feeling happier-just tired physically.
